My visit to the sport medicine centre provided me with some interesting points.
My weight is ok 75.3Kg for 1m87 height, so a BMI of just above 21. Bonyfat rate at 13%. – all ok
They also informed me that form 50 years on the slope is downwards, hence my 50x idea…
Nevertheless, as one of my targets is the “Etape du tour”, today in 161 days, I should loose some kg’s.. Easy I say.
After 20 days of trying to:
- eat less “madeleines” (read cake),
- eat less,
- tend to some vegetarian meals,
- I have replaced milk by, oat, soja, or almond milk
- latest finding, replace sugar by agave sirop
Important to notice is that I have trained 16 of the 20 days, so not lying on my …. in that period
Result up to now … nothing, I keep on hovering between 75 kg and 76 kg. this is what is enoying me the most at the moment.
